The day will be held in the yurt, barn and the beautiful grounds of Happy River Retreat
I will guide you in meditations, breathwork, journalling, mindful movement, we will share ceremonial grade cacao to open our hearts, we will have a mindful forest walk connection to nature, learn and connect with a healing chant and our bellies will be nourished with a healthy, delicious lunch and sweet treats
There is an optional 1 hour forest sauna and cold plunge
The full day of guidance, love and nourishment is £105 without sauna £115 with forest sauna
