Tara's Bluegrass Jam at Porch Stomp (Music Country Stage/Tent)

We will be having a Tara's Bluegrass Jam just after Bluegrass Collusion players at the Music Country Stage/Tent. If you look online or on the printed materials it might say "Melody Allegra" follows Bluegrass Collusion, but that is now changed to a JAM!! so bring your axe and let's make some music!! Woohoo!!

All music at Porch Stomp is all acoustic. There are no chairs unless you bring a chair generally (you will need a strap probably to play standing up). People do sometimes sit on the grassy areas around the island and to watch shows, so feel free to bring a blanket or other such to sit on if you want to sit in the grass and not sit "in the grass." :D

We do not use sheet music in our jams. :)

The whole day of Porch Stomp is FREE and open to the public.
You may give a tip to the host of the jam if you desire, but it is not required.
You can find us at the Music Country Stage of Porch Stomp on Governor's Island in New York City. You will have to take the Ferry to get there.

Jam will be led by Tara Linhardt (www.TaraLinhardt.com) and we can do a mix of instrumental and singing songs in the Bluegrass genre.
