Weather permitting, we'll be cutting vines and doing a general cleanup again on the Bronx River Reservation this Sunday, March 10 from 1-3pm.
Location is just north of Wakefield Park on Bronx River Road in Yonkers.
This is reached by taking Exit 10C (Bronx River Rd. Yonkers/Bronx) on the BR Parkway. Also reached by taking MetroNorth train to Wakefield station. This is a densely populated area and parking is only available on the street. We'll be working directly across from 219 Bronx River Road.
As to the weather, we can do this in a drizzle, but will cancel if there's a downpour.

Lots of trees to free from those invasive bittersweet and porcelain berry vines and lots of litter to pick up.
As usual, we'll have tools and gloves to lend; and contractor bags and pickers for the trash.
Community service credits available.
