Forecasting in a complex environment

When will it be Done? This is one of the first questions a customer will ask when we are discussing new Features. Traditionally we use a Deterministic approach to Forecasting. I will show why we should be using a Probabilistic approach, as well as how to do this. I will also get into Flow Metrics, what should we be collecting and how this all relates.
