Hello, I am Linda French, founder of L French Consulting, LLC based in Nashville, Tennessee. I am TBR Certified, a Scrum Master, an Agile coach, and a consultant. I hold a degree in Project Management. After my first experience on a Scrum Team a decade ago, however, I realized that what I really wanted to do was help organizations and teams in their Agile journeys. As a life-long learner, I found “Training from the BACK of the Room” to be the next logical step on my personal journey--and I am excited to share what I have learned with others!

Training from the Back of the Room (TBR) is a way to teach, train, and learn based on the most current “cognitive neuroscience.” When we understand how our brains are wired and how humans actually absorb information, training, teaching, and learning becomes fun and easy. If you are a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Change agent in today’s virtual world, I will show you how TBR can help you make a meaningful impact on your audience. Your audience will be able to implement what they have learned immediately, whether they are training, learning, or coaching an Agile team or the larger organization.
TBR-VE gives you all the tools you need to design your brain-based instructional materials, whether you are creating training programs, presentations, or coaching. During this hour, I will introduce you to the six brain-science principles that TRUMP traditional lecture-style training and learning! I will introduce you to the tools that will make you and your session memorable.
