Forecasting in a complex environment (encore)

The event will be an encore performance. We are looking for someone to join Randy England and share how they forecast their project delivery date in an Agile environment. This will be an IN PERSON only event. Let's participate face to face.
When will it be Done? This is one of the first questions a customer will ask when we are discussing new Features. Traditionally we use a Deterministic approach to Forecasting. Randy will show why we should be using a Probabilistic approach, as well as how to do this. He will also get into Flow Metrics to cover what we should be collecting and how this all relates.
