Hello from Jackie & Lucy 🐶
Let’s start the year grounded, energized, and connected. On Thursday, January 1st, 2026 at 10 AM, we’re heading to one of our favorite places — White Memorial in Litchfield — to welcome the New Year on the trails. 💚
We’ll be doing a 5–6 mile loop along the White Memorial Nature Trail, a moderately challenging route that usually takes 2.5 to 3 hours. It’s the perfect way to breathe in fresh air 🍃, reset your mindset, and enjoy great company as we step into a brand-new year together.
✨ New friends and long-time hikers — everyone is welcome! ✨
Where to Meet:
📍 White Memorial Conservation Center Parking Lot
📍 80 Whitehall Road, Litchfield, CT
🕙 Meet at 10:00 AM sharp — we hit the trail by 10:10 AM!
Important Reminders:
🚶‍♀️ We hike at the pace of our slowest hiker (usually me 🙋‍♀️… unless Lucy insists on leading 🐕💨).
💛 Our intention: get outside, build confidence, boost fitness, and connect with good humans.

Please make sure they’re leashed, friendly, and you’re able to take full responsibility for them. Lucy will likely be out front doing her trail-boss thing!
