Ancient Bowls: A handbuilding pottery Workshop Join us for a creative and immersive hand-building pottery workshop led by Rezgar Mamandi. In this one-day class, we'll learn the ancient art of pinch pot creation. This class focuses on crafting a beautiful and functional bowl using time-honored techniques.
What we'll Do: Shape a Bowl: Learn the pinch pot technique to form a unique bowl. Add Feet: Explore how to add feet to give your piece a distinctive and artistic look. Decorate: Experiment with surface textures, patterns, or some flowers to personalize your creation.
After the class, we can return to the studio at your convenience to paint and glaze your bowl without paying a studio fee. Or you can Pick two glazes and they will do the painting for you. They'll handle the final glaze firing, ensuring your bowl is fully functional and ready for pick-up.
