Bird Walk with Nature Conservancy

Details
Grab your binoculars and get outside. Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy leads these monthly walks to discover and identify birds at Sweet Run State Park.
We will explore parts of this new, beautiful 900-acre preserve to see what lives in it and visit its diverse habitats.
You should download the Merlin app before arrival to help with your bird ID. Sturdy shoes, binoculars, bug repellent, sunscreen, and water are all recommended.
Please arrive early to use the restrooms and prepare for the walk; we plan to leave the parking lot close to 8:00 am. Registration is required. To register, please go to the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy Events page. Reminder: a $10 parking fee is in effect, payable at the kiosk upon entering the park. Meet at the main parking lot at Sweet Run State Park.
