Tango Fundamentals + Practica Del Valle

Curious about Argentine Tango? You’re in the right place.

Every Thursday we gather in downtown Northampton to share this beautiful social dance. Each evening starts with a beginner-friendly class where you’ll learn the fundamentals step by step — no partner or prior experience needed. After class, the practica (practice session) is open for everyone to dance, explore, and connect.

Where: First Churches, 129 Main St, Northampton (Center Street entrance — ring the bell)
Parking: Free after 6 pm in the TD Bank lot across Center Street, or use the Gothic Street garage.

Schedule every Thursday:

7–8 pm: Class for all levels (beginners encouraged)

8–10 pm: Practica — an open, social practice space

Cost: $20-25 sliding scale for class + practica

Bring shoes that can pivot (or just socks), and a willingness to try. We’ll take care of the rest.
