KAYAK THE FRENCH BROAD - PENROSE BOAT RAMP TO HWY 64 BRIDGE BOAT RAMP

lets meet around 8:30 am Sat Sept 13 at Marathon Gas Station at the intersectin of Hwy 64 and Crab Creek Rd. We will be putting in at Penrose Boat Ramp. We first will shuttle cars to Hwy 64 Bridge Boat Ramp
The paddling will be about 9 -10 miles back to the takeout point at Horseshoe River Bend Access at the intersection of Hwy 64 and Cummings Rd.
We will be shuttling ourselves. We will unload our kayaks at the put in, letting one or more people stay with our kayak while we drive to the takeout point. We will then put all the paddlers in as few cars a needed and drive back to the put in. I will take the paddlers and kayak of the people who's cars are at the put in back to their cars.
