Western New York Freethinkers, a branch of Upstate New York Freethinkers and a chapter of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), advocates for the cherished principle of separation of church and state and promotes public education on nontheism. Join our community of freethinkers who value reason and evidence over dogma.
As a branch of Upstate New York Freethinkers (over 230 participants and growing), we organize discussions, events, and provide resources on critical thinking, secularism, humanism, atheism, and agnosticism and other non-religious viewpoints. Meetup with fellow freethinkers in Western New York and help us build a society where reason and critical inquiry are valued.
We actively address potential First Amendment violations of religion in government, both locally and throughout Upstate New York.
