Advanced Abseil - Boars Head

Boars head abseil is one of the most spectacular in the mountains with good exposure, scrambling and adventure. Roughly 5 pitches with the longest being the final abseil at 50m

All attendants will be expected to have their own personal gear, self belay and assist with rope management.

This is not the place for beginners or to learn how to abseil, however, if you are experienced at single pitch abseil then i am happy to introduce you to multi pitch abseiling on this event.

I've done the trip many times and will provide the relevant directional guidance as well as bringing two static 10mm ropes, one 60m and the other is 50m, for the abseils. if you have a rope the it would be lovely if you could bring it along as a back up

Its 10 degrees up here at the moment, colder in the wind and most abseils are in the shade so it'll be brutally cold, be prepared.
