6:00 – 6:30 PM — Open networking + check-in
6:30 – 6:40 PM — Resource Highlight / Market Update
6:45 – 7:00 PM — Deal Flow • Got a Deal — wholesalers and sellers pitch off-market deals (60 sec each) • Need a Deal — buyers share their buy box (30–60 sec each)
7:00 – 7:10 PM — Vendor introductions (lenders, contractors, title, PM, etc.)
7:10 – 7:30 PM — Open networking
7:30 PM — Sponsor raffle
7**:30 – 9:00 PM** — Continued networking, food, and drinks - Make a Deal

• Got a deal to pitch? Bring the address, ARV, asking price, and repair estimate.
• Looking for deals? Know your buy box — price range, areas, strategy, funding.
• Vendors: Bring cards and be ready to clearly state who you serve and how.
• Everyone: Bring business cards. Plan to stay late.
