What we’re about
Caring for an adult family member can be rewarding, but it also comes with challenges. This group offers a space for caregivers of adults, whether providing care full-time, part-time, in-home, or out, to find support and enjoy much-needed respite.
Join us for fun, social events like happy hours, brunches, dinners, hikes, movies, and live music. Occasionally, we’ll host speakers or special outings based on group interest. Our goal is to provide connection, relaxation, and a sense of community.
Come unwind, share experiences, and build friendships with others who understand the caregiving journey!
