Silent Sundays is a 45-minute restorative yoga session designed just for women in Westshore. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and let the body and mind reset in a safe, peaceful space.
🧘♀️ What to expect:- Gentle restorative yoga (no experience needed)
- A calm and supportive women’s community
- Optional journaling & relaxation moments
- Tea & connection afterwards
