2026 is marching along, and if you’re not feeling anxious, please share your secret. Let’s talk about ways we calm down and pause. Meditation? Music? Art? Breathing exercises? Exercising? Writing? Cleaning? Everyone might not have a trick so come to Fan Girl and learn something new, or share something familiar. Bring an article, a website, an app, a podcast. Whatever takes you out of your head. Park in a free lot, eat and drink delicious things, meet some people who gather and share their ADHD experiences.
It’s “March Madness III” because this group is in its third year, and it will be four years old in August. Longer than most of my hobbies/obsessions.
