Come and learn qigong at the beach!

Pronounced “chi-gong.”

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of coordinated body-postured using movement, breathing, and meditation. It is a practice used to cultivate and balance one’s “qi” or “life-energy.”

It is essentially a moving meditation with extraordinary benefits in your physical, mental and energetic bodies.

There are hundreds of versions of qigong. I teach shibashi qigong, which is 18 gentle and slow movements that are designed to balance all meridians and body parts helping you live more in the present moment with a body free of pain.

Learn how to master your energy. In a world where we are constantly moving and doing a million things at once, qigong will slow you down and get you more in touch with your inner self.

Bring water and wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. I prefer we be barefoot on the grass as we practice.
