Rolemaster role-playing (new players welcome, no previous experience needed)

Among fantasy roleplaying games, Rolemaster can be described as "old-school, but different". Beware; rolling the dice can give all sorts of unexpected (and sometimes brutal) results. I have a good collection of settings and modules. We will probably start with the book "Far Harad", with sinister magic, dangerous deserts, and the mysterious Forest of Tears (technically set in the southern part of Tolkien's Middle-Earth, but I suggest we don't have to stick too close to canon in this case. I like to keep things open). We can also discuss playing an action-filled and merry Robin Hood game, or a Norse/Viking campaign (expect blood feuds and Odin-worshipping berserkers).
