Previously known as the Chicago West Suburban Real Estate Investors. We have joined the Neighborhood Building Owners' Alliance (NBOA)! This move will align us with many other chapters of the NBOA as we seek to bring you better and more up to date information. Our format will remain the same, but this new alliance will help all of our members and guests be even more plugged in!
We are a group dedicated to bringing fantastic, free information to investors in the near southwest suburbs of Chicago. Every month, we meet at a local restaurant to network and to have a local real estate expert in to discuss different aspects of real estate investing. We cover all aspects of investing in real estate including rentals, fix and flips, wholesaling, note investing, self directed IRA's, 1031 exchanges and apartment syndication. We welcome both novice and seasoned investors to join our group.

Our goal is to help you connect with like-minded individuals, stay up to date on industry hot topics, and to participate in resource sharing. We are a membership organization, but attending is free! We are centrally located to suburbs such as Berwyn, Oak Park, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, Lyons, Cicero, Stickney, Broadview, Bellwood, Hillside, Brookfield, La Grange and La Grange Park.
