This is a space to move gently, breathe deeply, and meet other yogis in the area.

• 45-minute Yin Yoga + meditation
• All levels welcome
• Donation based (suggested donation $12+)
• Please bring your own mat, water, and any props you like (blocks, bolster, blanket, etc.)

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is for you!
