Project Walkthrough: Three Homes on One Lot in Hawthorne Hills

We're hosting a project walkthrough at our Hawthorne Hills development. One 6,700 sq ft lot, three homes on it: a 3,000 sq ft single-family home, a 1,000 sq ft attached ADU, and a 1,000 sq ft detached ADU.
Walk through two of the units and compare them side by side, and see what a small infill lot can actually carry. I'll be there with the project numbers and the full story: how the lot came together, what the city asked for along the way, and what surprised us during construction.
