Westwood Social Anxiety Group- Montly

Support group for Social Anxiety, Generalize Anxiety and Depression for those in their twenties.
Because it seems there are really not many, if any such support groups in the area, this one is being created for young people from ages 24-30. Hopefully this will be a true support group is one that is just a bunch of peers sharing their stories and hopefully helping each other. That is what this group is designed to be. There is no professional monitoring this group, just a true support group. The meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7 to 9 in Westwood. We realize it is inherently difficult for somebody with social anxiety to join any group, but please take the step so that we can all help each other.
