📍 Location: Nash Prairie (Intersection of County Road 25 and County Road 255)

🚗 Parking: Please park on County Road 255 across the street from the Nash Prairie entrance. Parking is available on the right side of the road, and be mindful not to block driveways, gates, or electrical boxes.Join Bayou City Waterkeeper for a Wetland Walk at the Nash Prairie on Saturday, May 4th, where we will learn from Master Naturalist and Volunteer Land Steward for the Nature Conservancy , Susan Conaty, who will guide participants through the Prairie Preserve. Wildflowers are in full bloom and participants will have the opportunity to learn about the history and importance of prairie ecosystems, showcasing their critical importance to our environment and the ways we can advocate for their protection.
Here are a few tips before you arrive:
👟 Wear long pants and closed-toe walking shoes.
☀️ Be sure to apply bug spray and sunscreen.
💧 Bring water to stay hydrated.
