You know you have something meaningful to offer but when it comes time to actually put yourself out there, something happens.

Maybe you overthink what to say. You hesitate before sharing your work. You keep refining instead of releasing. You feel comfortable supporting other people, but being the one who is visible feels surprisingly vulnerable.

For our first WeVibe Practitioner Collective gathering, we’re slowing down to explore one question:

What happens inside me when I imagine being truly seen?

Rather than treating visibility as something we simply need to push through, we’ll get curious about what being seen actually brings up.

### Together, we’ll explore:

  • What happens in your body when you imagine being more visible
  • The story you may carry about being seen
  • What you fear might happen if you allow yourself to fully show up
  • How to soften around that fear without needing to make it disappear
  • What becomes possible when you reconnect with yourself underneath the pressure to perform

We’ll begin with a short teaching and guided self-inquiry before moving into an embodied meditation designed to help you notice what is present, soften around what you find, and reconnect with the part of you that knows how you actually want to show up.

Afterward, you’ll have time to reflect, journal, and share what came up if you choose.

It is an opportunity to understand your own relationship with being seen—and begin meeting that part of yourself with more awareness, compassion, and self-trust.

You do not need to already have a business or established practice. You may be experienced, just beginning, or still exploring what you feel called to offer.

### What to bring

A journal or notebook, something to write with, and a comfortable place where you can participate without rushing.

This gathering is part of The WeVibe Practitioner Collective, a monthly community exploring the inner work behind the work we do.

Your practice begins with you.
