If you support others in your work, you may give much of your attention to the people you serve: noticing what they need, celebrating their progress, staying with them through what's hard. And when it comes to your own work, your attention may already be rushing ahead to what's next.

Perhaps you finish a session and move straight to the next task. You may remember the one thing that didn't land and forget the many things that did. Maybe a client thanks you, and you find yourself brushing it off. You might notice yourself looking for what's missing in your practice and rarely pausing long enough to see what's already there.

If any of this feels familiar, you're welcome here.

This month, we're slowing down to explore one question:

What is already here in my work that I haven't paused long enough to notice?

Rather than treating gratitude as something we should feel, we'll get curious about what happens when we simply notice. No pressure to feel thankful. Just space to see what's present and let appreciation come in its own way.

Together, we'll explore:

  • What happens in your body when you pause and take in what's here
  • What your attention may tend to skip past in your work
  • What can make it hard to let something good land, and how that hesitation may be protecting you
  • How you might stay with something good a little longer, without needing to make it bigger
  • What you may notice when you meet your practice with appreciation, not only effort

We'll begin with a short teaching and a guided worksheet with gentle, body-based reflections. From there, we'll rest in a guided meditation to help you arrive in the present, notice what is here, and let yourself take it in.

Afterward, you'll have time to reflect, journal, and share what came up if you choose.

It's an invitation to see your work, and yourself, with a little more presence and appreciation.

You do not need to already have a business or established practice. You may be experienced, just beginning, or still exploring what you feel called to offer.

What to bring

A journal or notebook, something to write with, and a comfortable place where you can participate without rushing.

Facilitated by Sandy Vibes, somatic and mindfulness coach and founder of WeVibe Studios. If something opens up for you and you'd like to keep exploring, a free 20-minute one-on-one Integration Session is offered at the close of each gathering.

This gathering is part of The WeVibe Practitioner Collective, a monthly community exploring the inner work behind the work we do.

Your practice begins with you.
