Chigong Marriage of Heaven and Earth

This is a day to nourish and learn how you can connect more deeply with nature and with ways of freeing up energy(chi) in your body.
I will introduce the simplicity of certain movements so that you can practice this system at home.
Chigong is part of the ancient system originating in the Orient.
We use movements with breath assisting the mind to let go stress and anxiety.
A move to style meditation which suits us when we cannot settle to stillness easily. Cost is 80 euro including soup!
