One of the most daunting aspects of any role is reporting. No matter how hard we work, every month stakeholders want to see numbers that look positive and optimistic. On the flip side, creating monthly reports allows us to look back on our work to see the impact we have driven, and provide motivation to keep moving forward.

This presentation is to help marketing/SEO executives to build monthly reports that show progress even when we have not always made a positive impact (let’s face it, some SEO tactics take a while to ramp up). I will discuss key metrics that help us make decisions and set us up for success. From organic traffic and keyword rankings to click-through rates and conversion metrics, I will break down the essential metrics that matter most in assessing the performance of your SEO efforts.
