Grass Fed Pot Luck with Farmer Tony Eash

Join the Whole Foods Nutrition gang for a social pot luck with special guest, Tony Eash, a West Virginia farmer. Tony is launching a grassfed meat and farm fresh milk (cowshares) home delivery program with the Jersey cows from retiring Winchester farmer, Kitty Nicholas' Hedgebrook Farm.

We are honoring this young start up farmer and he will give a brief talk about his farm, so you will get a chance to learn more about sustainable agriculture and how you as a consumer can eat healthier and support farmers who practice safe, non toxic farming methods.

The social mixer event will be held at The Lighthouse on Lake Audubon, home of Keith and Kimberly Hartke. Please comment on the event with the dish you are planning to bring. We need main dishes, side dishes and healthy desserts.
