What Are You Building?
A small gathering for people who are building, exploring, or thinking about an idea, project, or product they want to build.
Who is this for?
• You have an idea in your head but haven't spoken about it publicly yet.
• You're working on a project, business, creative pursuit, or research topic you want to develop further.
• You want thoughtful questions, straightforward feedback, and a space to think more deeply about what you're building.
• You're at an early stage and looking for mental models and momentum to build your idea further.
What will we do?
• Each person gets time to share what they're building.
• The group listens, asks questions, challenges assumptions, and offers feedback.
• We'll explore obstacles, next steps, opportunities, and different ways of approaching the idea.
What should you bring?
• An idea, project, problem, curiosity, or challenge you'd like to discuss.
• You do not need a business, website, audience, or finished product.
What this is not
• Not a networking event.
• Not a pitch competition.
The Focus
- Bring something you want to build, or an idea you want to build on, and let's work on it.
- This is as much a learning experience for the host and listeners as it is for the person sharing the idea. The goal is not to have all the answers. The goal is to think more clearly, ask better questions, and develop critical thinking skills.
Why am I hosting this?
Hi! I am Priyanka. I am the founder and host of Everything Playbook (a podcast on Spotify that is gradually expanding into a broader creative and media project), and I spent a long time keeping my ideas to myself.
I was insecure, overthinking, and hesitant to talk openly about what I wanted to build.
Over time, through conversations, podcasting, and putting my work into the world, I realized that many people are sitting on ideas they rarely get the chance to discuss.
This event is an attempt to create that space.
I hope that you leave with better clarity, better questions, greater confidence in your idea, and a clearer understanding of what to do next.
