Oftened discussed as one of thee greatest novelists of the 20th Century, Proust can be a little daunting, if one looks at the 3000+ pages of his Remembrance of Things Past. (Which, im aware has a couple of much debated titles in translation)

Swann’s Way is a beautiful intro to that world. A passionate but wistfully look at human relationships with some great satire.
