See all- Celebrate Autumnal Equinox @ Barkley Jalapenos! DeGrowth? Cancel Culture?Jalapeños Barkley Village, Bellingham, WA
We celebrate the 4 seasons in the larger banquet room that can easily accommodate a large crowd of over 20, just south Barkley Bob's Burger and Brew at Barkley Jalapenos.
For this AUTUMNAL EQUINOX Celebration, we will have an Unseasonable number of Four Big Topics for us to consider in our discussions, but as always, we tend to defer to discussing whatever is on the minds of THOSE WHO ACTUALLY SHOW! How democratic is that?!
You may surprise us with your presence without notice, but it is helpful for planning to either RSVP on this site or email me at SECULARWORLD@AOL.COM or TEXT ME @ (360) 510-2501 if you plan on attending this meeting on Sept. 18 @ 6pm!

by Jason Hickel :Our planet is in trouble. But how can we reverse the current crisis and create a sustainable future? The answer is: DEGROWTH.
Less is More is the wake-up call we need. By shining a light on ecological breakdown and the system that's causing it, Hickel shows how we can bring our economy back into balance with the living world and build a thriving society for all. This is our chance to change course, but we must act now!
