Our discussion for this salon will be inspired by “The Mindful Body” by Ellen Langer. We’ll step into a new conversation about 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲—not through meditation, but through paying attention in simple, transformative ways. Drawing on Dr. Ellen Langer’s research, we’ll explore how small shifts in awareness can ripple outward into real changes in well being, posture, mood, and vitality.
