Inspired by Ellen Langer’s The Mindful Body, this meeting invites women into the science-backed possibility that what we think and believe can literally shape how we feel, move, and grow—with or without health labels. Studies show that people who challenge limiting assumptions and actively notice fluctuations in strength, mobility, and vitality often regain clarity, comfort, and energy—no new exercise required.
