***Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate...Keep In Mind That We Are In The Rainy Season And The Trails May Be Wet/Muddy!!!

This 10.1-mile out-and-back trail near St. Cloud, Florida. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash...

We, of course, will creatively do this one to try and maximize the shaded areas but also to ensure we cover a minimum of 7 miles and a maximum of whatever our bodies are comfortable with...That being said, you can always turn around at any point and we will have open discussions to ensure that no-one will have to return alone; I will return with you if needed and then double time back to the Group...About midway in the hike we will stop for a lunch/snack/hydration break...

I recommend comfortable walking/hiking shoes, Deep Woods bug spray, sunscreen, fluids for hydration, snacks/food, an umbrella/hat, and your spirit of adventure and fellowship, but we do live by the creed "Hike Your Way"...Be ready to get fresh air, exercise, engage in diverse conversations, and make some new Connections!!

I realize and respect that plans can change and you may have to miss the event, I just ask that as a courtesy, You please change your RSVP from Going to Not Going in order to avoid getting flagged as a No-Show...Thank you, JAP3
