*****IN ORDER TO AVOID A TICKET/FINE, EVERYONE MUST STOP AT MAIN OFFICE AT 3755 TENOROC MINE RD, LAKELAND, FL TO PAY THE $3 FEE AND GET A PARKING PASS...THIS CENTER IS ABOUT 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM LOST LAKE WEST*****

I fell in love with the Elevation and beautiful scenic views that I didn't expect to find in Central Florida...We will do the 3 mile loop a couple times, but we will also have the option to do over and backs on the "Strenuous" in order to build our endurance...This is a easy to navigate loop, so you can return to the Parking lot at anytime...We will then go across the street and follow that Trail in search of the "Zombie Gator" that We previously encountered...

The Lost Lake Loop is hilly, so your Hiking poles may be a good option...Additionally there are a lot of roots, so please be mindful of that as you Hike...About midway in the Hike we take a snack break at the Overlook...

As Per Usual, I recommend comfortable walking/hiking shoes, Deep Woods bug spray, sunscreen, fluids for hydration, snacks/food, a change of clothes/shoes, and your spirit of adventure and fellowship, but we do live by the creed "Hike Your Way"...Be ready to get fresh air, exercise, engage in diverse conversations, and make some new Connections!!

If you need to cancel, please change your RSVP from "YES" to "NO"...I realize plans can change and it's not a big deal if you change your RSVP. Thank you...JAP3
