This is 9.9-mile loop trail near Plant City, Florida which is generally considered an easy route, the make-up of the Group in attendance will determine the distance that we cover...From the described parking area, the trail begins as a single-track, winding through a heavily forested section. This particular trail will be marked Trail 2. Eventually Trail 2 opens up to an old sanded road. Various trails, all marked by numbers, wind through the area. During the wet season, several sections of the trails could require a bit of wading.

We will take a lunch/hydration break about midway through the loop...We live by the creed "Hike Your Way", so at any point in the loop Members can turn back, and based on past history, there will be enough Members available that no-one will have to return alone.

I recommend comfortable walking/hiking shoes, Deep Woods bug spray, sunscreen, lots of fluids for hydration, snacks/food, and your spirit of adventure and fellowship...Be ready to get fresh air, exercise, engage in diverse conversations, and make some new Connections!!

If you need to cancel, PLEASE change your RSVP from "YES" to "NO". We realize things can change and it's not a big deal if you change your RSVP. Thank you...If you arrive late, now worries, just Call JAP3 @(689) 203-5116 for location of the Group...JAP...
