We all have thoughts we edit before we speak—ideas, feelings, or confessions that never leave our heads because they might sound wrong, weird, or “too much.” This first session is about bringing a few of those to light. No judgment, no performance, just people trying to say things honestly and listen without fixing or debating.
We’ll start with a short writing prompt to get specific about something you usually hold back. Everyone will have a chance to share briefly, then we’ll open a deeper discussion around why we filter ourselves—what we fear, what we’re protecting, and what happens when we finally say it.
You don’t need to be confident, polished, or certain—just curious. This isn’t therapy or networking. It’s a room for reflection, tension, and growth.
