According to the American Psychological Association (APA), yoga “…may help strengthen social attachments, reduce stress and relieve anxiety, depression and insomnia.” And, researchers are beginning to discover that yoga can help veterans and active duty military with their post-traumatic stress disorder.
Please join us as Christine Agosta, owner of Art of Transformation, master teacher & practitioner in Crystalline Consciousness Technique, and instructor at Lakewood Body & Brain Yoga & Tai Chi, leads us on how to focus more on our bodies and relax our brains through energy yoga movements and quick guided meditation techniques.
