Lake como Labor Day

I am proposing a lake Como trip for Labor Day weekend. My plan would be to drive down and meet at the trailhead about noon on Saturday. Have a “leisurely” hike up the road to set up camp by the lake. Sunday plan to do Blanca and Ellingwood. Monday morning do little bear and hike out. I am open to the ridge versus the hourglass based on preferences of the group. I am not comfortable with “leading” the LB, Blanca Traverse, but that could also be considered based on experience. My goal is to camp two nights and get all three peaks done so days and order of the peaks can be based on the group goals. If there are those with cars that could get farther up the road, we could always pack into a few vehicles. I will not be taking my Subaru very far up.
