You’ve probably tried to change it before.

Told yourself this time would be different.
Tried to be more disciplined. More consistent. More “in control”.

And yet… something pulls you back.
When willpower isn’t enough, there’s usually a reason for that.

This session is a space to begin understanding why, alongside others exploring similar patterns.

Together, we’ll look at how habits are formed and why they can feel so difficult to shift, even when you genuinely want to change.

You’ll also be guided through a calm, light hypnosis experience, not to “fix” anything in the moment, but to help you begin seeing your patterns differently.

What to expect

  • A short, grounded insight into why habits stick
  • A gentle guided hypnosis/relaxation experience
  • Space for personal reflection, with optional opportunities to share
  • A chance to hear different perspectives and feel less alone in the process

This is not a space where change has to happen instantly.
It’s a space to understand what’s been getting in the way, and what might help, in a calm, supportive group setting.

You’re very welcome to come as you are.
No prior experience with hypnosis is needed.
