This session is an opportunity to explore the role of the subconscious mind in habit formation, and why change often begins there, rather than through conscious effort alone.

We’ll also gently explore what hypnosis is (and isn’t), in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

You’ll be guided through a light hypnosis experience to help you connect with this deeper level of awareness.
