A key intention of this meetup is to check your progress with regards to your current job search/job in Germany or even if you're in another country

Meetup Agenda:
- Answering one specific question for each & every meetup attendee to keep things fair. Please choose which is the most important question for you with regards to your job search/career.
- Mohnish will share some additional learnings & observations of how to stand out in one's job application & interviews in the current times & will open the floor for discussion on this topic to also learn from others as a community on what they are doing on this regard.
- There's also a tentative plan to share a demo about how what we're building as part of https://www.wherecanonefind.com/ and how it can be useful in one's job search
- "Man muss die Dinge nehmen, wie sie kommen."(You have to take things the way they come.) Presentation & Discussion(with Q&A) on how are we channelizing our energy in the given challenging times we're surrounded by? Are we investing our energy in overthinking/overanalyzing ?
- In the remaining time of the meetup(i.e., within the 2 hr time meetup time frame) take up the highest voted other job search/career questions in the case we have too many participants and/or many participant questions left. I intend to use Slido for the same(link to Slido for asking Q&A will be shared during the meetup)

- Bruce Lee once said: "If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done." Let's talk about the importance of drawing a fine line between overthinking & thinking enough to keep the ball moving word/channelizing one's energy to make the most of what we have.
- How to build mental toughness, endurance & resilience in the current times to become successful
- You have other specific questions/challenges you'd like to discuss pertaining to your current job/job search
- Finding IT jobs in Germany that offer visa sponsorship
- Blue card or freelance visa related questions(I can only share my personal experience and not offer legal advice)
Who is behind organizing this meetup?
Mohnish: Expat founder of Wherecanonefind(currently building something related to mental health & well being)
- He's an IT developer turned founder after recently getting his EU PR
- 5+ yrs in Germany(employment + freelance visa) | 12+ yrs IT exp
Core goals of this meetup:
- To provide a safe space to be seen, listened to, & be understood with regards one's challenges navigating a challenging job & search in Germany
- Sharing Experiences is welcome because we're only better together as a community where we can continually learn from each other
