Hi ladies!
I'm Judy, of Where is She Judyb and the Meetup Group, NJ/NY Walks, Talks & Travel! I have curated authentic travel experiences for women over 40 seeking connection, adventure, and more than just a vacation. Being a seasoned solo world traveler, mom of five, and owner of a social service agency supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, my goal is to inspire women everywhere to step out of their comfort zones and see the entire world as their bucket list!
In 2023, I launched a local NY/NJ group that has hosted more than 50 events, including day trips, dinners, and international travel experiences. As a group, we did a tour around the country of Morocco last March and went as a group to Peru which included Machu Pichu this past September! We will be traveling to Cuba in February, so far Mexico to swim with Whale Sharks in July and to celebrate Dia de los Muertos in Oaxaca in October! -more in the works!!!
I am dedicated to empowering women (YOU!) to connect with like-minded travelers through unique outings that foster inclusivity and friendship. This community welcomes women of all backgrounds—single, married, with kids, without kids—anyone simply looking for meaningful connections, especially through Travel!

Tonight, we will juxtapose the previous evening's more somber and spiritual experience with the most festive and jubilant aspects of Día de Muertos. We can get dressed up, admire the altars around town and dance alongside the impressive “comparsas” (street parades) as we share mezcal with our fellow travelers and strangers we meet on the street.Day 8 *Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
-Travel back in time to the sacred city of the Zapotec empire, which thrived outside of current day Oaxaca for over one thousand years and gave rise to one of first major cities in Mesoamerica, Monte Albán.
