A little backstory first...
Last summer, on the recommendation of my beautiful friend Tanya who will be our host for this journey and lives in Playa del Carmen, I took my son to Mexico to swim with the world’s largest fish, these stunning creatures, and I was completely awe-struck. It was such an unforgettable experience that I knew I had to bring friends back to do it too. It’s one of those rare moments you never realized you needed, but once you experience it, you’ll never forget it.

Together, Tanya and I have crafted an unforgettable adventure on Isla Mujeres, where serenity and excitement come together perfectly.

A temazcal ceremony is a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge ritual (medicinal bath, not psychedelic) meant to cleanse the body and mind. By the way in case you are wondering, whale sharks mainly eat plankton, small fish, and squid. They are filter feeders, swimming with their mouths open to catch tiny creatures like krill and other plankton from the water. They are gentle giants and couldn't eat anything bigger if they tried! -No human consumption!
