Group Reiki and Meditation

Group Reiki is a gathering of people who receive and give Reiki. The goal of a group Reiki session is to create a space for sharing Reiki in a positive, friendly, and respectful environment. In addition to Reiki, we will also be practicing mindfulness meditation, chanting, and discuss our spiritual journeys.
