Are you a solitary witch, practitioner, or spiritual folk looking for a deeper meaning about your craft and inner magic? Or perhaps you are longing for someone to share your deepest longings with about the magic you want to create?

Perhaps you are a witch who has just started on this spiritual path, or an old witch who is bored with the ritualistic acts that seem to follow the magic you want to practice

What: This is a women’s retreat for aging with wisdom to create a new story using witchcraft to connect to inner Goddess- Embracing the beauty of life.

Learn to forage in the woods for herbs, connect to nature in a meaningful spiritual way, and share in learning about how your inner Goddess and wisdom can help to uplift not only you, but also other women.

During this retreat, bask in the energy of the Crone and develop your skills as a witch, whether you are entering the maiden, mother, or crone phase of your life. It is a retreat designed for women to honor their inner goddess and to create new stories with where they are in life. The first step in this is to understand and accept your divine power as a woman to co-create your reality with the universe.

• Witchcraft is a spiritual practice rooted in nature and divinity. However, so often, it can seem overwhelming. There are so many books, tools, words, and things to learn, or so it seems.
• This is your chance to deepen your practice, your spirituality, your wellness, and you’re healing in a judgment-free environment with kindred spirits.
• We are here to guide you. Everyone is connected to the divine and nature, and there is no right or wrong way to receive and accept your gifts. We can all go within, to hear, to notice, and to become more.
• Come to Laurel Highlands Valley in Pennsylvania, where you work closely with the divine to understand how to use your magic to co-create your story with the universe. Let my spiritual team help you to communicate on a higher level of divinity to understand your craft and magic as a witch.

Lunch will be from 12 pm to 1 pm

During this time you we will grab lunch at a local restaurant. This meal is not included in the retreat price.
(Please dress appropriately for the weather. It is recommended to wear hiking shoes, to have a raincoat, a water bottle, and even a backpack to carry your personal belongings on the hike.

•10 am-10:15 am check in with Sara Jo, introductions, review of agenda
• 10:15 am- 11:45 am Witch’s walk in nature ( journaling, meditation, and energy connections with nature)
(Learn about the maiden, mother, and crone through this walk.
• 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm lunch
• 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm group discussion and reflection with spiritual guidance
o 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm One-on-one spiritual wellness mentoring sessions with Sara Jo. (Depending on the number of participants, times may be adjusted.)
o 2:00 pm to 3: 00 pm- Personal reflection, journaling, or meditation in nature
