Welcome to Whimsy Yoga in the Park - a friendly, easy-going community for anyone who enjoys practicing yoga outdoors in nature.
Each session blends breathwork, Hatha yoga, and Vinyasa, offering a balanced practice centred on movement and breath. Some classes are more dynamic, others slower and grounding — all designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create space in both body and mind.
Expect a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere with clear guidance and options throughout. All levels are welcome.
