Denise is a vastly trained therapist, training for years as a Biokinesiologist/ Reflexologist and Reiki Master and has years of experience assisting clients to regain control over their bodies through working with the biochemistry of the body if client's are dealing with health issues that medicine hasnt overcome , the release of trapped emotions / trauma from the body to enable them to feel at home with themselves again, she has a great reputation as she looks at the body as a whole , physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually , she also does corporate events. She runs these wellness days with another amazing therapist Georgina, who also is trained as a reflexologist, Reiki & Energy treatments, who has an amazing touch and assists client's to feel completely at ease & releases trapped emotions and trauma with her healing hands 🙏

So why not come along & just bring a yoga mat, blanket or whatever you need to make yourself feel comfortable & relaxed.

Light refreshments: tea, herbal teas, coffee & water will be provided however, due to so many dietary requirements we suggest that you bring along a snack of your own choice
