Minecraft Modding: Mod-a-Wand

Details

Learn coding with Minecraft! Let's see who can build the best wand! Will it be the most powerful, the most magical or the most unique? Use our EpicMC Modly platform to mod, short for modification, a wand. First, you will design your wand. Then we will have challenges to build and program various types of wand. Once you master this, be creative and come up with your own!

EpicMC Modly is our unique platform to make learning to program fun and interactive. It uses a Scratch-like paradigm where you drag and drop blocks to create a program. This covers all of the fundamental concepts in programming such as variables, conditional statements, loops, lists and even dictionaries! Sign up for a free account at https://epicmc.rocks and learn online with our tutorials and videos. Subscribe to the Iron or Diamond Plan to get premium services such as your own personal world, access to more tutorials and commands, and more!

We will provide the Minecraft license and computers for this meetup so you just need to show up. However, since we do have a limited number of Minecraft licenses, if you have a Minecraft Java Edition license (not the Bedrock edition), plan to use it at the meetup. Thank you.

If you can't make it locally, join us on YouTube Live at:
